We are seeking individuals to assist in the installation of artificial turf for residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be a team player, willing to work in various weather conditions, and have a strong work ethic. Experience with turf installation is a plus, but we are also open to training motivated individuals. Key Responsibilities

  • Turf Installation: Assist in the preparation and installation of artificial turf on residential and commercial properties.


  • Site Preparation: Help in the preparation of the installation site, including clearing debris, and leveling the ground.


  • Equipment Use: Operate and assist with basic tools and equipment used for turf installation.


  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.


  • Adhere to Safety Standards: Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment.


  • Customer Service: Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while working at client locations.

Qualifications

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labor for extended periods.


  • Reliable and Punctual: Dependable with a strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks on time.


  • Experience (Preferred): Previous experience in turf installation, landscaping, or similar physical labor is preferred but not required.


  • Team Player: Must be able to work well with others in a team environment.


  • Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions and ensure turf is installed correctly, ensuring high-quality results.
